In the 1840s, Esther A. Howland created the first commercial Valentine&#8217;s Day cards in the United States. Hallmark first offered Valentine\u2019s Day cards in <strong>1913<\/strong> and began producing them in <strong>1916.\u00a0 (Thanks to Wikipedia for all this interesting info).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I was reviewing last year as I was deciding on a topic for this month.\u00a0 We discussed:<\/p>\n<p>*Heel pain<\/p>\n<p>*Groin pain<\/p>\n<p>*Low back pain<\/p>\n<p>*Restless leg<\/p>\n<p>*Foot pain<\/p>\n<p>*We spent two months discussing various causes of headaches,<\/p>\n<p>*And now we are in 2024, this will be the second month explaining some of the many causes of knee pain.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/?attachment_id=4938#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4938\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-4938\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Knee-Pain-Standing-Depositphotos_22675759_L-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Knee-Pain-Standing-Depositphotos_22675759_L-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Knee-Pain-Standing-Depositphotos_22675759_L-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Knee-Pain-Standing-Depositphotos_22675759_L-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Knee-Pain-Standing-Depositphotos_22675759_L-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Knee-Pain-Standing-Depositphotos_22675759_L-1536x1536.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Knee-Pain-Standing-Depositphotos_22675759_L.jpg 2000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In each of these I showed, or explained to you, how to do a simple self-treatment that can help to relieve the pain.\u00a0 Each of the treatments are in my books, and many people have decided to just order one of the books, so they had the full treatment protocol for aches and pains from your head to your foot.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve done self-treatment videos, and if you have come to the office, you know that I teach you how to do specific self-treatments that relate to your personal area of pain.<\/p>\n<p>Before I change the way I do things, let\u2019s finish off knee pain by talking about a little muscle that causes pain deep inside your knee joint.\u00a0 It\u2019s a muscle called popliteus.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Your Popliteus Muscle And Knee Pain<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/?attachment_id=4939#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4939\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-4939\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Popliteus-Muscle-250x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Popliteus-Muscle-250x300.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Popliteus-Muscle.jpg 448w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a>The popliteus is a small muscle that causes a LOT of deep-knee pain.
