It\u2019s hard to think. It\u2019s hard to enjoy life.<\/p>\n<p>What should you do?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You could take Tylenol or some other drug, but that offers temporary relief at best.<\/li>\n<li>You could see a chiropractor, but it may take multiple visits to correct your problem.<\/li>\n<li>You could get a massage, but the headache will probably come back.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What you really want is a natural protocol you can use to make the headache go away whenever it occurs. There is such a protocol. It\u2019s called <strong>muscular therapy<\/strong>, and I teach people how to perform it on themselves whenever a headache or joint pain occurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center; color: #339966;\">What Is The Difference Between Massage And Muscular Therapy?<\/h2>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<table width=\"60%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>There is a difference between massage and muscular therapy as a headache remedy, and both are worthwhile.\u00a0 Massage is great for moving the fluids (like blood and lymph) through your body and getting muscles to relax. It\u2019s perfect if you\u2019re under stress and you feel like you\u2019re going to explode.\u00a0 A good massage therapist can have a positive impact on your nervous system and blood pressure, and you\u2019ll come out walking on air.<\/p>\n<p>Muscular therapy, the way I do it anyway, is more focused than it is general.\u00a0 You\u2019ve heard about spasms, but most people can\u2019t visualize a spasm, so they ignore the term. You probably have an idea that a spasm may be painful, and it isn\u2019t a great thing to have, but what is a spasm?<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center; color: #3366ff;\">What is a Spasm<\/h3>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/headache-relief-muscle-knots\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-3490\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/headache-relief-muscle-knots-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"headache relief muscle knots\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/headache-relief-muscle-knots-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.chaneyhealth.com\/healthtips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/headache-relief-muscle-knots.jpg 424w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>I explain it as a knot in the muscle.\u00a0 Through some very complicated physiology (that none of us need to know about) the muscle forms a knot in the thick part of the muscle, and it\u2019s putting a strain on the two ends.<\/p>\n<p>Both ends are attached to a bone, so the pressure causes a strain on the end points and you have pain at the bone.\u00a0 Most of the time the end points are just after the muscle crosses over a joint, so you end up with joint pain.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Too often people think this is arthritis and they are stuck suffering or taking strong drugs to mask the pain.\u00a0 But in the majority of cases it\u2019s not arthritis, it\u2019s just tight muscles pulling on the bones of the joint and preventing them from moving freely.<\/p>\n<p>But, all you need is to know where the knot (spasm) is, and then apply direct pressure on it.\u00a0 Hold the pressure for 30 seconds or so, and then let go.\u00a0 Keep repeating this until it doesn\u2019t hurt anymore.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;
